With over three decades of enriching career experience, I have transitioned from significant leadership roles to a path that fully embraces my expertise and passion. My tenure at Deloitte was marked by transformative roles in process improvement, stabilization of operations, and leadership in offshore business operations supporting globe clients, focusing on professional services and a broad spectrum of shared services (Marketing, HR/Talent, Finance, IT, others, covering – business development, transitioning, setting up of teams, service delivery/performance management, efficiency improvement, risk & compliance).
I am known for building and managing operations that go beyond cost efficiency, delivering substantial improvements in productivity and efficiency. I have successfully nurtured and expanded teams to over 1,200 members.
My goal is to collaborate with both organizations and individuals, offering my experience, expertise, and creative approach to enhance business operations, foster growth and development, and contribute to achieving a broader, long-term purpose.
