I have spent over three decades in leadership roles, including 18 years at Deloitte, building and leading Global Capability Centres and offshore operations at scale.
That experience shaped how I understand leadership — not just in theory, but in the reality of complex organizations.
The Shift: Over time, I began to notice a pattern. Organizations were becoming more sophisticated in their systems, processes and technology. But leadership capability was not always evolving at the same pace.
Leaders who were exceptional at execution were now expected to:
- Think strategically
- Influence across geographies
- Navigate ambiguity and change
- Lead in AI-enabled environments
This shift is not easy. And it cannot be addressed through generic training.
What I Do Today

From there, meaningful change becomes possible. Where relevant, I integrate creative and reflective approaches – not as an add-on, but as a way to unlock deeper insight.
